Mr.
Julian Wong, Managing Consultant
Julian has been in the IT business since early 1980s and has
in-depth knowledge of the SSA/Infor BPCS ERP and RPG400 system environment.
He graduated with M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University
of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada in 1984.
Prior to being the Founder and Managing Partner in ESP, he was the
General Manager of MBS Associates, the IT Division of Mitsubishi
Electronics Manufacturing (S), where he successfully set up the
IT services business which has made the cost of operating the IT
department virtually cost-free for over two years. He was the project
manager responsible for the development and implementation of numerous
MRPII and Distribution system projects among companies in the Mitsubishi
Electric group.
As managing consultant of ESP, he has managed many large scale IT projects, including ERP implementation, migration, S/W development and Y2K projects. Julian has also built up a wide database of
IT candidates to meet the specialised manpower requirements of the
IT market by tapping on his vast knowledge of the local
IT manpower market.

Mr.
Michael Qiu, Senior Consultant
Michael holds a Msc in Control Theory and Application, and a MBA in Finance. He is aslo a PMI-certified PMP. An outstanding scholar, he was admitted to the Beijing Normal University's Bachelors program in Mathematics at the young age of 16. His experience in IT could date back as early as 1992. Before co-found ESP, he had been worked in MIS departments for a number of MNCs in China and in Singapore, including Uniden Eletronics (ShenZhen) Ltd, Namtai Eletronics (ShenZhen) Ltd, Mitsubishi Electronics Manufacturing (Singapore) Pte Ltd etc.
Michael has expertise in ERP systems, AS400 system support and programming with substantial experiences in implementing, developing and supporting ERP/MRP systems, particularly in AS400/RPG & BPCS domain. Since 1993, he has been working and supporting AS400/BPCS system on different versions from BPCS Ver2 to Ver8. He has managed and led many projects such as Y2K compliance projects, BPCS implementation, upgrade and migration projects, BPCS enhancement and customization projects (e.g. in area of , manufacturing, order fulfillment, costing), and ERP system data migration and conversion projects etc.
As a senior technical & application consultant at ESP, Michael is responsible for provision of outsourcing services, mainly in AS400/BPCS domain. He also conducts training courses on AS400/RPG, and is involved in designing and developing of Web-based Application System, Business Intelligent (BI) & EDI Systems, performing gap analysis and business process improvement etc.
